Our Premium Aluminium Window system can produce a range of residential casement windows in many styles and designs. These windows are very thermally efficient, slim and strong, using some of the latest technology to provide the very best in security, performance and exceeding the building regulations. These exceptional windows are highly versatile and can be made to suite a variety of applications, with top hung, side hung and even bottom hung configurations.
These windows are available in a wide choice of glass, colours and finishes, including dual colours. Our Premium Window range is available and a large range of profiles including flat, chamfered and ovolo designs to achieve traditional or contemporary appearances and is now also available with our Chelton® Handle Range. With our premium aluminium windows there is something to suit any home.

Premium Plus Aluminium Window
Our Premium Plus Aluminium Windows are our top of the range, BFRC certified aluminium windows. They are beautifully slim, highly energy efficient and environmentally friendly windows that achieve an 'A' rating in energy efficiency. They have been certified to have achieved this rating with a double glazed sealed unit. You will get a good return on the extra cost of these GREEN windows as they could save you up to as much as 10% on your heating bills.
These windows are an upgrade of our Premium window system using only the slim internally glazed flat vent and the three slim outerframe options. The slim sight-lines optimise solar gain and when used in conjunction with 90% argon gas filled, soft coat low-e (Low Iron) glass it can achieve excellent thermal values and energy efficiency. You can also have our chelton vent with chelton handle as an A-Rated window, but these require triple glazing for an A rating.

The above statistics apply for: Double-glazing, 90% argon filled Swiss V spacer bar (low-E, en=0.05, soft coat), 20mm or more ( U Value centre Pane - 1.221 W/M²K Glass, g = 0.74 *). Glazing Options
When it comes to glass you can have almost anything you want. The type of project will generally dictate what glass is required, however compliance with Building Regulations and personal preferences such as the level of security, privacy and thermal efficiency will also be considerations when making your decision.
The Premium Aluminium window system takes 28mm sealed units. Below are some examples of popular glass options:

Colour Options
Our products are all painted with a hardwearing polyester powdercoat paint, the paint is built to last and baked onto the aluminium. We only use approved Polyester Powder Coat Specialists, and can therefore offer a ten year guarantee. This finish is high quality and low maintenance, only requiring an occasional sponge down.
Our Premium Aluminium Windows are available in a standard white, graphite black, anthracite grey, dove grey, ivory cream or van dyke brown. You can also choose to have your windows silver anodised or in a dual colour paint finish. Dual colour is where you can have different colours inside and out, for example dark grey outside and white inside. If none these conventional colours meet your requirements then you can have your windows painted in any of over 200 single or dual RAL colour paint finishes.

The key security features of these windows are outlined below:
Riser Blocks
Riser Blocks, sometimes referred to as Run-up blocks, or window wedges, are fitted into the outer frame of the window between the frame and opening vents (or sashes). They are designed to ease the sash into the frame as the window closes. They help keep your windows opening and closing smoothly (even if the sash has dropped) and ensure that the locks engage smoothly with the keeps.They are a must in PAS 24 / BS 7950 enhanced security tests as they work very effectively as an anti-lift mechanism, due to the fact that they secure the sash in position and remove the 'slack' around the frame.
Sash Jammers
Sash jammers are known under many names including; Locking wedges, hinge jammers, hinge claws or vector excluders. They are designed to interlock when your window is closed, to fully secure the hinge edge of your windows. They are unobtrusive and provide enhanced security without affecting the opening and closing performance of the hinge. They will help prevent your windows from being jemmied open, in a forced attack.High Security Shootbolt Lock
These windows come with a high security multi-point Trojan shootbolt lock, which also helps provide excellent compression.They are largely stainless steel in construction for strength & ultimate corrosion resistance. The lock consists of multiple espag locks with shootbolts top & bottom, providing increased security & tested to the equivalent of PAS 24 / BS 7950 for enhanced security.
Key Locking Handles
Despite the fact that the handles are on the inside only, all of our handles have a key locking facility as standard. This will prevent the handle from being operated and providing added peace of mind. A key locking facility is a requirement of Secured by Design and most insurance companies.Friction Hinges
Our Premium Windows come with high strength, high security friction stays, which secure the top and bottom of the opening vents (or sashes), protecting you from forced entry through your windows. They are made of high grade stainless steel and are available as standard, egress fire escape and restrictor friction hinges. The pointed arm of the hinge, interlocks tightly into the end of the base of the hinge, acting like a sash jammer.Night Vent Facility
Our Premium Windows come with a secure night vent facility. The keeps have additional locking points that allow for the window to be slightly open while secured with the locks engaged. This provides ventilation and prevents access through the window.High Security Glazing
Our Premium Windows use modern high security glazing systems. The majority of the opening vents (or sashes) are internally glazed, and the externally glazed options use modern technology, such as wedge gaskets to ensure high security.Everyone would agree that the easiest way to break through a window to gain entry into a property is to simply break the glass. To help prevent this from happening you can upgrade your glass to high security laminated glass. Laminated glass is held in place by a high strength interlayer, which helps keep the layers of glass bonded even when broken.
